Reporting Points Structure
🏆 Platinum Submission (on or before the
5th of every month) -100 Points
🥇 Gold Submission (6th–10th of the month) - 75 Points
🥈 Silver Submission (11th–14th of the month) - 50 Points
🥉 Bronze Submission (15th of the month onwards) - 25 Points

Important Instructions:​​

1) Submit the monthly report only once to avoid duplicate entries and discrepancies.
2) Ensure that all information provided is accurate, authentic, and supported by valid records.
3) Fake reporting, misrepresentation of activities, or submission of incorrect information is strictly prohibited. Appropriate penalties and disciplinary actions will be implemented if any violations are identified.
4) Kindly adhere to the district reporting guidelines to maintain transparency, consistency, and credibility across all clubs.
